IF WEDDINGS WERE A LOVE LANGUAGE…

they’d be mine.

Yep, you read that right! From my very first wedding day gig in August 2019 to now, it’s been quite the sequence of events (insert COVID-19 pandemic, college graduation, you name it)! Then, I became a bride myself, and that’s when it hit me — it was time to take things to the next level.

ONCE A COLLEGE INTERN…

Fast forward to today, and I’m all in — coordinating weddings with the same excitement I had on that very first day. I’ve learned the ins and outs, the behind-the-scenes magic, and how to keep everything running smoothly no matter what curveballs come our way. Being a bride myself gave me a whole new perspective, and now I’m obsessed with helping couples actually enjoy their big day instead of stressing over the small stuff. Your wedding should feel like a celebration, not a to-do list.

NOW, A WEDDING DAY PRO.

That’s exactly what I’m here for.

  • Day-of coordination typically starts on your wedding weekend, where I take over all logistics and ensure everything runs smoothly, so you can relax and enjoy your day. Month-of coordination, on the other hand, begins about 6-8 weeks before your wedding. This package includes finalizing details with vendors, creating timelines, and overseeing the logistics of the big day, giving you peace of mind as you approach your wedding date.

  • For month-of coordination, it’s ideal if most of your major vendors (venue, caterer, photographer, etc.) are booked before we start working together. That way, we can focus on finalizing your timeline and ensuring all the details are in place. For day-of coordination, it’s expected that you’ve already secured your vendors as I’ll be working to make sure everything is set for your wedding day.

  • Yes! Creating a wedding timeline is one of the most important tasks I’ll take care of during the month-of or day-of coordination. I’ll work with you to make sure we allocate enough time for everything, from getting ready to the final send-off, and make sure all your vendors are aligned on the schedule.

  • It’s always a good idea to book as early as possible, especially for month-of coordination, as wedding season tends to get busy! I recommend reaching out at least 6–12 months before your wedding date, but I can work with you if you’re planning on a shorter timeline as well.

  • The day-of coordination package includes overseeing the schedule for the wedding day, ensuring all vendors arrive and perform as expected, managing the timeline, directing the ceremony and reception flow, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring you and your guests have a stress-free experience. I’m there to handle everything so you can focus on enjoying your big day!

  • As a day-of and month-of coordinator, I focus primarily on logistics and execution. However, I can help ensure that your design elements are set up correctly according to your vision. If you need help with designing your wedding from scratch, I can recommend trusted full service wedding designers and planners.

  • Yes! For both packages, I’ll attend your rehearsal to ensure that the ceremony runs smoothly and everyone knows their role.

NO SILLY QUESTION HERE.
