  • Vendor confirmation and final coordination (beginning 8-10 weeks prior)

  • Layout and floor plan review

  • Ongoing email support throughout the planning process (response within 1–2 business days)

Wedding Day Management

  • Lead coordination by me, with assistant support as needed
